Tetris Drops onto WiiWare
by Chris Faylor, Mar 11, 2008 1:30pm PDTA downloadable version of the classic puzzle phenomenon Tetris will arrive on the Wii's upcoming WiiWare service this summer, developer Hudson has announced.
Featuring online play for up to six players, the game will include new rules and items, though no details were provided. In all, Hudson expects to sell over a million copies worldwide.
No price point was specified, though all WiiWare titles priced thus far have fallen between $5 and $15. The WiiWare platform launches in Japan on March 25, with its North America debut slated for May 12.
