Rainbow Six Vegas 2 is such a bad name... Couldn't they call is Rainbow Seven Vegas, or Rainbow Six Vegas Under Siege or something more imaginative?

Are there any pre-order bonuses in Canada? You can get a tin box or something but is that only in the US?
