Some people think they can outsmart bumburnyak. Then he creates something like this.

Genocide Tycoon 3 (link to this video)
The easiest way to make money in Genocide Tycoon 3 is to lure a boatload of unsuspecting people into the path of an unfinished rollercoaster, and then sell the tape on the internet.

Never Gonna Let You Down (link to this video)
This Doom replay features an epic run through E1M2. Really. Would I lie to you?

Chrono Resurrection (link to this video)
You may already be familiar with Chrono Resurrection, a doomed project undertaken by talented fans with the goal of creating a 3D version of Square's RPG classic Chrono Trigger. It got pretty far along, until Square predictably dropped the hammer, shutting it down in September 2004.

Recently some gameplay footage of the project has surfaced, revealing just how much work had been done. The answer? A painful amount.

Retro Trailer of the Week: Chrono Cross (link to this video)
If this isn't the best game trailer ever produced, it's close. Chrono Cross composer Yasunori Mitsuda is in fine form here, kicking off a game that, sadly, I could never get into.

"Lord British is essentially immortal and nearly impossible to kill, but he has one weakness: his insatiable hunger for rat poison," writes DynamicCast.

Impossible Video of the Week: Get Quaked (link to this video)
The gauntlet has been thrown down. The die has been cast. The challenge has been challenged.

After highlighting Reptile's mid-air Team Fortress 2 rockets, Shacker ease one protested, claiming Ur6an's Starsiege: Tribes exploits were far more impressive.

Incensed, paravis has fired back with his own retort: Get Quaked 3.

The product of 68 players and over 1500 demos, this finely-edited Quake 3 video is a 20-minute masterpiece, a pointed argument for the superiority of the Quake community's mad skills.

Who--or what--can hope to best this display? Tune in next week.
