NBA 2K8 Demo Now on Xbox Live

A demo for Visual Concepts' NBA 2K8 (PS2, PS3, X360) is now available for download on Xbox Live Marketplace. The 325MB demo lets players run through a four-minute exhibition game. Though not featured in the demo, this year's iteration of the NBA 2K series features a Slam Dunk Contest. The game retails for PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on October 2.

Compared to live 08, 2k8 is a far better game although a bit too much of a simulator.

I hope the league site launches without the terrible bugs from last year. The site problems and the huge difference between offline and online play pretty much killed what looked to be a good ShackLeague before it even got off the ground last year.
