  Wal-Mart does still maintain a lot of sway over design decisions. While they are no longer severely anti-M, they do reduce their orders of titles that have certain descriptors in place, specifically the "Partial Nudity" and "Nudity" descriptors. Having either of those descriptors can result in anywhere from a 50% reduction in your order to not being stocked.
