Lord of the Rings Online Update Coming Next Week
by Nick Breckon, Jun 06, 2007 2:03pm PDTTurbine and Codemasters Online Gaming send word that the first free update to Lord of the Rings Online, Book 9: Shores of Evendim, will be released a week from today on June 13th. Evendim represents a new area within the game, which will contain dozens of extra quests, characters, and monsters. Music system improvements, collectible armor sets, character class tweaks, and a new raid encounter round out the additions. Developer Turbine plans to support the game with a steady stream of free updates and retail expansions.
