The engine was neat, but something about it bothered me (They DID use the same engine, right? If not, it was very similar). I'd even be happy with a new game using the Infinity Engine. I never played the IWD games, but every game that came out on that engine (that I played) was solid gold.

I've been working on this game for over two years, and I'm glad it's finally done. This was my first game project from start to finish, and it has been an awesome experience working with the people at Obsidian. The stuff that people are making with the pre-release toolset is great, and I hope it's just a taste of what's to come from the mod community. I hope you guys enjoy the game.
/end shill :)
Possible spoilers: Here are some cool videos that someone posted on the NWN2 forums that I thought was pretty neat. It's a short compilation of the monsters from the game in different environments. The levels were made by him and video capture is taken from the toolset. The music is from the game as well.
