Our target tonight is the NORTH-EAST (NE) corner of Nichols Mall ( http://redrum.soul-fantasy.net/map.php?menu=goto&coord=59|53 ). Intel reports there are only 30 defenders, which makes it very likely we can establish a beachead tonight. If we clear the square, everybody should finish with 0 AP in the northeast square. As long as we have one standing zombie in the ransacked square, they can't put barricades up again... which means less AP wasted on barricades, and more spent on brains.
We need to take the barricades down as quickly as possible and get everybody inside ASAP. So be sure to constantly monitor the status of the barricades -- if the doors are open, GET INSIDE. If you have Infectious Bite, concentrate on clearing the square first; after it's secure, infect as many people in the other squares as possible. Just be sure you end up reinforcing us in the NE corner once you're at 0 AP.

Still, this is our first big siege, so there's no telling which is really the best strategy. Considering the ease and speed with which we got the doors open today, I think retreating isn't too bad an option anyway.
