Is that tank hovering? And, if so, isn't that mightily retarded? Ignoring the obvious physics nits related to maintaining a stationary position on a mobile weapons platform, isn't at least a small part of the function of a tank to drive over and crush everything in its path? I suppose a hover-tank could still ram through things, but then, without the traction generated by tread, it'd need some pretty serious momentum to, for instance, crash through a wall--which means you'd have a tank hovering around at ridiculous speeds, thereby taking away one of the primary identifying characteristics of a tank: it's relatively slow speed of movement.

Of course, if that isn't a hover-tank then this is all moot.

i'll be purchasing. even with all the bugs, i don't think you can find a better gaming experience right now - the imminent release of quake wars notwithstanding.

Despite my attempts to find counter strike: source fun, and exciting, there's just something missing that the BF franchises have.
