Highly recommended for those of you wanting to do remote viewing of your TiVo. Plus if you've got the right phone you can watch it on that O_o
The most fun part was probably the insane Break Brothers. Those dudes are a little scary but their facial expressions were pure hillarity.
The biggest giggler for me was their effective crowning of Ninjitsu as "King of Martial Arts" because of the "Death Punch". First off, the Muay Thai guy generated waaaay more force with his knee strike and looked capable of taking a punch as well. Wispy McGoatee, the resident "ninja" was kind of embarassing and gave the impression of being someone who had a huge amount of training but very little practical experience. Still, if the fight had to take place on top of some evenly spaced rods, he'd be the guy to pick, I suppose.
Overall, worth watching for the biomechanics of matial arts more than the often silly looking martial artists themselves.

Sure its not the pinacle of OS design but it certainly is nice. Some of the menu options are still confusing and doing away with "My computer" pisses off a little bit, but i'm sure once it comes out that can be either changed or I'll get used to it. If you where in Beta2 go download the new RC, see what the differences are, i certainly think its running better already!

I was messing around with some emulators last night (with games i own) and i was running into a few issues. Roushimx told me that psX emulator was the new hotness, however i wasn't able to run it because i kept getting a directx error (saying some dll was missing) so i tried out epsxe. It seemed pretty nice although all the video options were pretty intimidating and some seemed to really slow everything down. What emulators do you guys use? What settings do you use?
I was amazed at how much better some of the games looked though. crazy!

Is it out of production ebgames says it is backordered and on ebay it is going for around 50 bucks. Also is this a game you can play for 5-10 mins, shut it and start it back up again?

The hammer-on and that other similar technique (same but release) only works if the notes comes pretty close, right? Otherwise I can't get them to work outside the tutorials.
Also, it gets really difficult on hard... Increased speed AND fifth fret key... Daym. :D
At first I found the game to be kinda meh for a while... But once I did a few "quick play" on the medium difficulty rather then easy it instantly became tons more fun. The lack of a real challenge and only three keys which meant the stuff I played was too far from how the song actually went made it a bit dull. But now that I've played a bit more and tried out the medium and hard difficulty, I know this is gonna be oh so very awesome! :D

Yeah, sure, some people like a "no bullshit" approach to things, but then why not offer both? The boring traditional black and white piece of shit manual, and an actual booklet that get people excited about spending a gajillion dollars on your product. (Not that the product isn't kick ass by itself, it's just a very, very nice bonus for people who've sunken money into it.)
Just imagine how much more fun buying a new car or camera would be if the user guide that came with it was as creative and engaging as the brochure you picked up from the sales desk.

I only have 1 game, Burnout Revenge. The only time that game has been outside of it's case was the first time I put it into the Xbox, on Day 1.
It has not been removed from the Xbox since Day 1.
Yesterday, I got my first dirty disc error.
I guess my cherry is popped and I can expect worse things from here, but seriously WTF microsoft. :(

Perhaps I was a bit unfair to KOTOR. I shall give this one more go. In hindsight, I probably did build out my Jedi Consular to be the most efficient. I was attempting to focus on dueling, critical attacks, and speed. Any tips on building up a Jedi Consular would be greatly appreciated. I'm aware of the really huge OMG WTF end game spoiler gg random IM from brother but I still want to play through, just so I can find out if I get into Bastila's pants or not.
However, I spent an obscene amount of time playing Neverwinter Nights, the expansions, and user-created modules. I played a fuckton of goldbox SSI games, and far too many Might & Magic games. I still say that the combat system is almost as fun as getting violently raped by a herd of rabid pachyderms hopped up on viagra and crystal meth.
Yeah, you can pause. Yeah, you can farm out actions. The combat still feels awkward and clunky. Shoot me.

I am looking to spend 200$ CAN... Would a 7600GT be worth the upgrade? Or should i spend more money. I bought my 6600GT a year ago, i assume the 7600GT would be as shit as my 6600GT in one years time too right?
Also... I have 4 RAM slots, i wasnt to run 4X512 (currently running 2X512 @ 2T). Do all 4 RAM DIMMS have to be identicle to run dual channel on each bank?
