Company of Heroes GONE GOLD
by Maarten Goldstein, Aug 16, 2006 6:02am PDTTHQ issued a press release this morning, announcing that Relic's newest project Company of Heroes has gone gold. The WW2 strategy game will be in stores September 14.
Company of Heroes is a World War II real time strategy game that brings to life the brave men of Able Company in cinematic intensity as they fight across Europe in the greatest war mankind has ever known. Relic's proprietary next-gen Essence Engine provides unprecedented graphics and physics complete with the destruction of all terrain and buildings. Featuring 2-8 players in multiplayer competition via Lan or Internet, gamers will choose to play as either the Allies or Axis, each with their own unique weapons, vehicles and commander trees.

What are those of you who've played the beta saying? Is it the real deal?
(I tried to dl the beta from fileplanet but I get some kind of error message saying I've got cookies blocked or something like that, but I don't. *shrugs*)
