City of Villains/Heroes Q&A

I should give this game a shot at some point. I love how much free content Cryptic gives its community.

Did they ever get around to adding any end-game content to CoH? I stopped playing the game a few months before CoV, and my biggest problem was the complete & total lack of end-game content. Also, has PvP become more common since CoV? I absolutely loved the PvP I experienced in CoH (even though it was rather unbalanced...this was when it was still on the test server) but it just never caught on while I was still playing. I remember always checking out the arenas, hoping to find a match but it almost never happened.

I'm sure one day I'll get into CoV (I own it) but for me it's still all about the heroes.
