ATI & Physics Acceleration

It's an amazing idea, don't get me wrong. But I hate the thought of having to upgrade yet another piece of hardware in my computer AND having to worry about graphical processing power to even display all of the fancy physics that this thing pumps out.
It needs to be cheaper, and it needs to not force me to upgrade to having to buy 2x$600 video cards.
