Black & White 2 Expansion Coming

Sup game announcements. Lionhead has announced that it is developing a Black & White 2 expansion pack called Battle of the Gods. Lionhead promises the expansion will feature a "much darker, more sinister game world", and will add a new creature, two new lands, six new challenges and four additional miracles. Enemy AI has also been reworked. Black & White 2: Battle of the Gods will be released by EA some time this year.

Expansion packs have what, a 20% attach rate? So a game has to sell really well to get one funded. So either EA is going against traditional thinking or the game sold better than we thought.

Was the game really that bad or was it just released at a bad time?
