There are no Unreal Engine 3 engine games out just yet but that doesn't mean Epic hasn't started looking at the future already. According to a Computer & Video Games report, Tim Sweeney has been prototyping tech for about two years now. Says Mark Rein, "Unreal 4 is totally groundbreaking and totally the way games will be done in the future" where one would assume the word 'changes' was accidently left out by C&VG. Mark also plugs the jobs opening page on the Epic website saying pretty much everyone should apply; "nobody should imagine they're paid too well now or that they're too entry level to apply".
