First Post!

If nothing else, Jack Thompson sure is good for a laugh. Sometimes I wonder if he actually believes what he is saying. Sadly, it probably is the case.

Nah, Kansas is worse. I hear if you have good alignment you don't even have to steer... ever.

Now arkanas actually has pretty parts, it's just that the highway seems to miss them all...

(pre-repaving of the roads in Arkansas I would agree with you totally, now it's not so bad...then it was hell)

If you are comparing interstates in Kansas to Arkansas, I'd much rather drive across Arkansas. Kansas west of, say, Topeka is boring as hell. Same goes for heading west of Wichita. I drove across Arkansas once on my way to Texas and it wasn't nearly so empty.

its not as empty, but there's WAY more traffic on (say) 44. And TONS more truck traffic. Coming home from the National Championship, I was fucking amazed how much 18-wheeler traffic 44 carries. That road could seriously be expanded to 4 lanes each way and it would still feel busy too me.
