Rockstar Ceases Manufacturing Of GTA: San Andreas

90

Take-Two Interactive has announced that is ceasing manufacturing of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, following the decision by the ESRB to change the game's rating from Mature 17+ to Adults Only 18+. This of course happening due to the hot coffee incident. Rockstar Games will work on a modified version of the game to restore the M rating, saying that the new release will prevent the hot coffee mod from working. Of course what they actually mean is that they'll remove the content as the mod only unlocked what was already there (it's even in the Playstation 2 version). For the original PC release of the game, Rockstar will soon release a patch. Update: IGN has an interview with someone at Rockstar about this news.
