Anyway, back on topic! I like the Dark Sector trailer generally. I particularly liked some of the character design. I really hope that the characters have interesting attacks and AI. One of the many things I didn't like about Doom 3 and other games is that the enemies might look cool, but then they just appear to be using the same AI they've been using since 1995 but with better pathfinding. Big fucking deal.
Oh, and Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the N64 has some kind of IK on Link's legs. I never noticed his feet floating or sinking into the floor anyway. Also, you can see that if you stand on a slope, Link's legs extend different amounts.
i remember the first hitman was the first game (as far as i know) to include this feature along with rag doll physics. IO rocks.
