Late Night Consoling

23
I bring you not only a dude juggling bowling pins while playing Dance Dance Revolution, but also an alternative universe version of Final Fantasy III (6J) where the characters are replaced by consoles. Hmm, how about a dude walking around dressed as Ryo Hazuki, reciting lines from Shenmue? Oh, also can't forget about the classic Mario Twins. Good times!
  • Onimusha Returns

    [ps2]

The series that was supposed to be dead is back. Japanese magazine Famitsu revealed that the Onimusha series will continue with Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams. The few known details at this point are that it will continue with the storyline, there'll be a new lead and new nemesis, and it's set for release in 2006.

  • New Banjo-Kazooie?

    [xbox]

Back at SpaceWorld in 2001, Rare showed off footage of Banjo-Threeie for the GameCube. Soon after the show, Microsoft acquired Rare and nothing has been heard since... until now. Back on Friday, the site www.banjothreeie.com was updated showing Microsoft as the registrant and displayed their contact info. It also redirects visitors to Rare's official site. It appears set that a new Banjo-Kazooie game will be shown at E3.

  • Next Ninja Gaiden Spotted

    [xbox]

EBgames.com does it again, slipping the title of one of the next games from Team Ninja. Their site earlier had an Xbox listing for Ninja Gaiden Black with a ship date for September of this year. TeamXbox suggests it will be a launch title for the Xbox 360, but if September is the real release date, it's probably unlikely.

  • Bangladesh to Sue Sony

    [ps2]

Bangladesh government officials made it known that they will be contacting Sony about the company's use of the country in the upcoming SOCOM 3 title. Bangladesh is upset over the reference of them as a "terrorist state" and in turn called Sony terrorists, saying this is an act of "tech-terrorism". If their demands are not met, they will sue. Hmm, memories of my International Relations course are fuzzy, but I believe in the international sense, a lawsuit means jackshit.

  • Porn on Your PSP

    [psp]

As if you guys haven't already done this yourselves, Playboy announced that it will be creating content specifically formatted for the PSP. It will offer both nude and non-nude galleries. Two non-nude galleries and a 2-3 minute video will be available for free on Playboy.com. Subscribers to their Cyber Club get the nude photos. "We know that many Playboy fans are also gaming enthusiasts who are likely to buy this type of device, so it was a natural progression for us to design this," said John. D. Thomas, editor of Playboy.com.

Heh... it's Capcom dude. Think about how many Resident Evils, Mega Mans, Street Fighters etc and then try and believe them that the series was dead...
