Mythic Entertainment has released a new 14-day trial version of Dark Age of Camelot, allowing you to try out this MMORPG. If you choose to subscribe after the trial period you can continue to play with the character built up during the trial period.

replyRemember, DAoC recently made their first expansion (Catacombs) free to everyone. It contained a new race and some graphical enhancements.

The above is misleading, and I only use such strong language because I think Mythic has been really one of the best companies out there as far as being 'cool' about how they support their game.
They've had multiple commercial expansions, but they've also added a number of free expansions too. I haven't played DAoC in a while, so I may have some slight inaccuracies in that statement - I'm pretty sure housing was one, I guess Catacombs is one, and I think there was another RvR related one that was free.
