The jobs page on the 3D Realms website has been updated, as the Duke Nukem Forever developer is looking to hire an additional level designer. One thing to note in the description is "Mod guys welcome. You just have to be talented and passionate. You don't need 4 years experience". And yes we all know DNF has been in development for a long time, no need to point that out yet again.
