RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 FAQ

The Frontier Developments website has been updated with a FAQ on RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, which arrived in stores late last week. Part of the FAQ is this about an upcoming patch "We are currently working on Patch #1. We expect this will be released on Wednesday 3rd November, during the US working day". The FAQ also mentions the ATI & NVidia drivers that work best with the game.

Dudes - they've updated the FAQ page now with the Patch #1 contents. Looks like it fixes a lot of little things, and I'm thinking of picking this game up tomorrow if I get a chance, in anticipation of patching it as soon as I install it. =)

The game is fun, but I hope the patch fixes one bug in particular that's driving me nuts. It seems on custom coasters with more than one train, the ratings can suddenly go either really low or impossibly high thereby making no one want to ride it.

Known good driver version: ForceWare 56.72 Latest driver version: ForceWare 61.77 (known BAD). Current beta version which appears to be good: ForceWare 66.81 which is available via http://www.nzone.com/object/nzone_downloads_winxp_2k_66.81.html.
