Hydrogen is acquired mainly in two ways. You either extract it from hydrocarbons and result in a lot of carbons going into the air, or you split water which requires a lot of electricity which results in more coal-burning plants. That completely removes all the benefits of the "clean" fuel.
Then add in that hyrdogen leaks a lot and turns steel into brittle.
Why in the hell does anyone think this is a GOOD idea for cars? There has to be some company lined up to benefit huge from this, because it makes no logical sense.

it's complaining about a missing hal.dll in the system32 folder. it was there though. I installed a second instance of windows and replaced the old hal.dll with that new one. still gives me the same error. help me please :(

I just picked up a used copy of the Akira Special Edition (complete in "1337er than thou" tin case). This is a far better anime than I remember, so I'm a happy undead abomination.

It seems my CD burner can't finalize a disk. No matter what program I use, no matter what I try to burn (whether it be an audio CD, a data CD, an ISO, whatever) nothing will finalize. The program I use to burn will either hang or come back with an error after trying to finalize for about 5 minutes. I've used all kinds of different media, changed IDE cables, no change. I can still use the CD-RW to read regular and burnt disks but no burny.
