TRIBES players rejoice, the Tribesplayers.com website has just posted all the maps that were intended to be included in the TRIBES Extreme project which was canned a little while ago. Thanks James for the word.

Some of the maps are decent. Others are terrible. But most of them don\'t seem to have anywhere near the \"feel\" of the original tribes maps. Take that as you will, but it seems these new ones are real hard to defend, have shitty sniper spots, etc, etc. Hopefully the official Dynamix maps will be better.

The way this news post is worded, it makes this release sound like it is the actual Tribes Extreme maps/project made by Dynamix, it\'s not. These maps are all user made, gathered in an \"open call\" contest, which were going to be included along with the professionally made maps. Still probably some good stuff in there, but these are not the Dynamix made maps.
