COH Expansion Content Available
The City of Heroes website notes that you can now download the free "A Shadow of the Past" expansion for the game, ahead of the launch later this month. Game Daily has a Q&A with Jack Emmert of Cryptic Studios about the update which will add capes and other new features. Thanks HomeLAN Fed.
