In every movie I've seen, the armies look really badass from far away, but when the camera is down on ground level, the fighting animations are pretty skimpy. It looks like the soldiers randomly swing their swords and the enemy randomly falls down. I don't see swords clashing or flesh being pierced. Guess I've been spoiled by the Warhammer 40k Dawn of War footage I've seen :(
