Made by a super high profile ex demo group from Europe ( guys behind fast tracker and Into the shadows ) its probably the technically most advanced game right now. Nothing maybe with the exception of painkiller on the PC can hold water to the GFX of this Xbox game (!!!). Everything you see is sancil shadowed ( including self shadowing, this is the technology doom3 builds on ) additionally it makes heavy use of anti aliasing, bumb mapping for environment, normal mapping for characters and a nice facial engine for lib sync. They also licensed the havok2 engine so the physics are much like what we have seen in the half-life movies or in painkiller ( even though maybe a bit reduced because of the xboxs 800mhz CPU and 64mb ram ).
It also does away with the strict 3d game genre borders we know. Riddick is able to shoot his way through in best FPS style, but at the same time can climb things like Price of Persia and sneak like Sam fisher. You use whatever you deem appropriate in the situation. If it doesn't work try another way. The only real problem with it is that there is not enough of it. I solved the game after 10 hours of being glued to the screen.
I can't stress enough how remarkable this game is. If it wouldn't have been a license of a bad movie would be a milestone in gaming history.

Don't worry, order this game! I ordered Dule Nukem Forever, Doom 3 and Half-Life 2 from EBGames 4 years ago, and haven't regretted that decision since! (still didn't receive any of these, but international shipping is very slow)
