4GameSpot is reporting that Big Huge Games is working on an expansion pack for Rise of Nations, called Throne and Patriots. This expansion pack will add six new playable nations to the game, more than twenty new units, and of course new campaigns. Throne and Patriots is expected in Spring 2004. In related news Microsoft has lowered the suggested retail price of the original game from $50 to $40.
