Wolfenstein: ET Update

As promised, Activision has released a Windows and Linux server update for Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. The patch improves server stability and updates the Even Balance anti-cheating software. Clients don't need this patch.

Is this the patch that makes the game run on my machine? The network code is totally broken for me, and no I am not firewalled and I can play any other game just fine. Oh well, what can I expect from a free game?
