But it does beg the question, what happens to the financial part of a society once you invent the replicator and are effectively able to create anything (well, not quite anything, star trek technical manual fans) out of thin air. What are people working for now? Am I picking up garbage to "better myself" as Star Trek likes to say. Hell no. But everything looks clean...
