Rise of Nations Demo

The Microsoft Games PR people let us know that a demo version of Rise of Nations is now available. In the 190mb demo, you can chose between 4 of the full game's 18 nations and play through a tutorial and one of four different map types. The Big Huge Games strategy game is shipping May 20, more info at http://www.riseofnations.com/.

Anyone know of any ATI issues? I run a XP1800@1900 - 512 pc2700 - ATI9700 w/ latest driver build. Know matter what I try, I can only pull 5 FPS????

This game is fun. But at the end when nukes become available it'll turn into a nuke festering clusterfuck
they dont take long to make and are cheaper than tanks.

wow this game is pretty similar to age of mythology, but more complex

and i thought age of mythology was complex to begin with
they somehow managed to make it MORE complex

as for the sounds... my god the effects honk my nuts, that and the animations

still pretty good though

It's a great game brings new style of gameplay the whole territory domination. The only bad thing imo that i've found so far is the animation is choppy not because of low framerate just because how it's animated it seems like they almost seems sloppy. This is a problem in full version hopefully it gets patched up because i don't belive its intended. Anyone else experincing it ? it really brings the game down for me.
