Why do I get a CRC error? I Dl/ed it twice from two different mirror and I still get an error. I use WinACE as well as Xp's own zip folders.. Am I turning insane or something?

This trailer looked amazing, as far as graphics go. Unfortunately, I think it also showed the limitations of the game -- it is going to be a straightforward FPS, akin to Unreal II except with lightcycles you drive in a stage or two.

I was - and am - hoping for more: a world where you have to figure out the rules as you go along, where you're lost and confused at the beginning, and by the end you've mastered the unique physics and physical laws of this place. A solid story would be nice. And I know you can't always tell from a trailer ... but when 50% of it involves killing people with those discs, that worries me a bit.

This is my choice for darkhorse GoTY. It looks amazing from an artisitic perspective. My only concern is that we've only seen the light cycles though. I still need to see the hover tanks and the recognizers. Tron without recognizers isnt tron.

That was fucking amazing. Those gun changing effects are the best I've ever seen. This really does look like a polished game. Considering the required lack of complex level design and detailed realistic textures, the focus on particle system and fluid player movements is quite impressive. Damn I want to play this game now. Holy shit this looks hella cool. Considering that the Tron 2.0 movie rests on the sales of this game I might be willing to fork out the full retail price of the game to show my support and hope the movie gets made sometime soon.

This vid just fucking rocks. :)

I'm still *iffy* I have to play the demo to see how those discs work before I pass judgement.

If its just as good as the arcade game combat was (even that long ago), then MP CTF type should be incredible.
