So is this patch for the MP demo only, or will this work on the retail game? I'm not getting the full game till they have a patch for that. (Weapon sounds, etc)

I think there is a key word in all this that we are overlooking, "fixed".
The support this company is giving to there product deserves respect, regardless on the Demo Multiplayer Gameplay popular opinion. They fix problems fast. And these fixes looks like issues on the full release product, thats a quick responce IMHO.
Go head, bash me if I'm wrong ;)
