"You must have a minimum of two years industry experience to apply for this position, regardless of skill level"
Then later in job post...
"Digitalo evaluates potential employees based on skill and skill alone"
And IF the first is true they will have cut themselves very short on potential talent
I personally wont be applying just because of the way they posted and their apparent attitude.
"however we do not hire whiners, complainers, political agitators, non-team players, unreliables, unaccountables, or curmudgeons. In brief (in other words, if your to stupid to know what I just said), people with bad attitudes need not apply."
Well it sounds like you will be kept in line no matter what you think or feel. Our way or the highway "whiners, complainers"? what kind of ego trip is that, why would you post that? you think someone will read the posting and go, "well I complain alot and like to whine, hmm I guess I wont apply" STAY IN LINE SOLDIER!!!
Doesnt sound like the place I want to work O and you have to be a US Citizen anyway. Talk about shrinking your own prospects
Besides I'm having better luck with major companies and they dont have a problem with not having years in a game studio already and being from another country.
You see more professional companies wouldnt put restrictions on finding the perfect guy/gal? for the job. They just dont want to have to deal with a little training and getting a work permit for the out of towners.
Say what you must
