They are way overboard on the glow effect. It should have been used wisely not like a drive-thru special effect.

i wasnt expecting a ton from this game when i first saw screenshots... but ... if they can pull off really cool LARGE 'digital' dense city areas, like that shot with the binary numbers going across... well... it just might be pretty cool...
