Splinter Cell Patch News
by Maarten Goldstein, Feb 18, 2003 9:55am PSTThis post on the Ubi Soft forums mentions upcoming patches for the PC version of Splinter Cell. There will be a patch to fix a few AI issues and make the game run a little smoother, and there will be a second patch adding anti aliasing support to the game. The first patch should be out today or very soon at least. Thanks Blues News.

First level I go out the door, turn right and shoot the light out. When that light gets shot i get an insane irritating sound resounding from that light being blown up. I turn my ambience volume all the way down but i still hear it. I have a sound blaster live! value, however i only have legacy drivers installed because with the latest drivers out and the audiohq crap, whenever i install it on my winxp machine it'll kill all sounds including game sounds. Should I just drop $100 and get a creative augidy 2 with the 5.1 support since i'll be getting some surround goodness? or should i just entirely drop creative and go with something else?
I got my SBLive! Value like 4 years ago and have been using it ever since - until now.
