Morrowind: Bloodmoon Announced

Due out in May, Bloodmoon takes you to the frozen Island of Solstheim where the Empire is establishing a new mining colony. You'll encounter frost trolls, ice minions, and wolves among other creatures. You can also become a werewolf yourself. For some screenshots go here.

It would take 20 minutes to cross the city of Daggerfall. And that's just a single city, there were hundreds more, although mostly not that large.
They went for more detail work in this game, rather than quanity. The dungeons were randomly generated in Daggerfall, so while there were many of them, they didn't have small stories behind them like several of MW's does.
Also with the towns in Dagger, it was usually just a farmer out doing nothing special, while MW had a farming town that bred Netchs.
It comes down to a personal preference in the end. The sheer mass of Daggerfall amazes me, but I love how MW's towns and dungeons feel like each one had tons of time poured into it.
