There is a preview of Silent Hill 2 on GameSpot, taking a look at the PC port of Konami's survival horror game. Might be worth checking out if you're not too familiar with the console version.

        Nothing! Except that it can't hold a candle to the original...still, it'll scare the shit out of you--I think THAT'S why he 'loves and hates' the game.

        I've played through both installments several times now (I'm a bit of a Silent Hill freak, you see), and STILL get the heeby-jeebies.

        Very, VERY disturbing. Worth a rental, at the very least, but you HAVE to try the first one, too, if you haven't already.
