I am somewhat amazed with how balancing always seems to get jacked with right at the end of development. I understand the corrective balancing .. but when they say "eh it needs more Oomph .. hey, let's make the cool units kick more butt!" .. 2 weeks later .. "doh! players are abusing unit X! We should have tested that"
