The Morrowind patch has been released by Bethesda Softworks and is a bit over 3megs. You can grab it straight from Fileshack courtesy of Speakeasy. The patch version is v1.1.0605, and is for the US version of the game only. New features in the patch include an auto run feature, a health bar for NPCs and creatures, and a difficulty slider among other things.
