I started downloading at 96kb/s which is the fastest I can get with my DSL connection. the speed decreased almost gradually. now, at 90%, it's down to 9.7kb/s.
could it be that there is some malicious intelligence behind this thing that will dropping my connection speed till it's 0.1kb/s at 99%?
