Neverwinter Nights Limited Beta

If you wish to test BioWare's RPG, you need to sign up at http://www.betatests.net/. There's no word on how many testers will be selected. The first beta discs will be shipping out early May.
"Neverwinter Nights will appeal to all types of gamers. This limited beta test will allow selected gamers, of every type and interest, an opportunity to find out why Neverwinter Nights is a 'must own' addition to every gamer's collection," said Greg Zeschuk, Joint CEO and Co-Executive Producer of Neverwinter Nights. "We've never conducted an open beta test before," added Ray Muzyka, BioWare's Joint CEO and Co-Executive Producer of Neverwinter Nights. "We'll be testing module designs, connectivity, and other technical aspects of the game, as well as offering the growing Neverwinter Nights community a snapshot of what we've been working on at BioWare these last five years," he concluded.For more info on Neverwinter Nights, visit the BioWare site.

NWN's story, will be second to none:
Lady Aribeth has a special connection to the city's elven founder, Lord Halueth Never. His tomb, long since lost, is said to be guarded by the swords of his 12 sons who have died, one by one, and taken their place beside him. The youngest of these sons, Aertriin Never, still serves as Neverwinter's protector and the Commander of its respected militia. Having to order that same militia upon its own citizenry, driven mad by the Wailing Death or eager to break quarantine and escape its clutches, has not been an easy or an honorable task. But Lady Aribeth and Lord Nasher, even Khelben 'Blackstaff' Arunsun himself, have convinced him that the dirty deed is necessary -- and so his militia line the walls of the city that his father once founded, their crossbows trained upon its infested streets.

OK I have a compromise for non MSIE browsers. I put a warning on the page for anyone using non-MSIE browsers that their browsers, though they may work, are unsupported.

This will allow 3rd-party sites to create, read, and store cookies on your computer. Once you've hit OK, go back to the site, log in, and then go through the process of selecting the NWN beta. It should save without a problem after this, and then you can move the Privacy slider back to where you previous had it.

I don't really see anything that interesting about this game, maybe I haven't read up enough about it.
What are you guys looking forward to with this game (features? co-op?)?
Note that I'm not a huge fan of the AD&D genre, I much preferred Planescape: Torment/Fallout over the Baldur's Gate series.

Just keep putting in your username and password whenever it asks for it, it seems to ask after every step you take but eventually it will show you a list of assignments you can request, you can choose the ones you want, enter your login/pw info again, and then it'll show up properly.
Not sure why it takes so many steps but it shows me having requested the NWN beta now.
