Medal of Honor GONE GOLD!

I liked the MP demo. Like most, the slow movement speed put me off at first.
But after a bit you get used to it.
My only other beef had to with the sound effects. While the sounds themselves were
excellent, as I was moving around I often had a hard time telling if the sounds I
was hearing were coming from me or someone else near by.
Other than that I'm looking forward to this game.

Well, I spouse this is good news. Looks like a strong SP experiance, which is always a pleasent surprise in a FPS. Multiplay doesn't interest me much, not a big fan of all this realism hooplah, at least not in the MP context (guns that don't shoot where I am just turn me off, something about that that screams luck vs. skill, but I digress). $50USD is steep, and EA has already pissed me off with a few decisions made in the MP demo, like not including a ingame browser, a C&C Renegade movie, and disabling Gamemodes that were obviously included in the size _anyway_. But hell, if I don't enjoy the MP, these bastards won't be getting my money *cough*

well those screenshots + the demo don't look anything like the movies they have been releasing.
I hope the movies weren't touched up, cause that would mean MoH developers = laughing stock

$50 is a no. This isn't the 90s, games aren't really breaking any new ground, and most can't sustain a Quake-style community (play for a couple of weeks, and that's it). About the only games I can foresee paying over $40 for ever again are the Doom sequel or future work from the design teams at Konami and Capcom ("Silent Hill 2," "Resident Evil"/"Devil May Cry"). They're visionaries, while another military realism game is just another military realism game.

Will the final have an in-game multiplayer browser, or will it use GameSpy arcade like the demo? At any rate, I'm certainly looking forward to the SP game if nothing else.

I expect this to be the opposite of RtCW in terms of single-player vs. multiplayer strength.
