3Crazy news of the day. according to this story on the Variety page (Thanks Don) it looks like a movie based on the Xatrix Entertainment classic Redneck Rampage is going to hit the movie scene. RR is of course the build engine based game which features rednecks (duh) and was a surprisingly quality title.

i think tarantino and rodriguez should do a war movie...now that would have plot and kick ass.
Bleh, Private Ryan was crap compared to this. It had a lame plot and it further degenerated into a typical \"good guys fighting for justice\" movie near the end. The Thin Red Line wasnt supposed to define good, bad and whatnot for you, instead it expected you to draw conclusions from it. And I loved it for that. The \"extra stuff\" that \"boggled your mind\" was there to show how the different people were viewing the war in their own minds. It was there to give a broader perspective. I guess all they had to do was wave the U.S Flag a couple of times during the movie, throw more blood and gore, get rid of any introspective stuff and you would have loved it.

Well, if they do make RR a movie, I hope it\'s better than that Wing Commander fiasco...
Any movie about Final Fantasy should be done in anime or computer graphics, much like the game\'s cinema scenes... those kick ass...

so if you were looking for a \"goodguy vs badguys\" plot you probably should have gone seen Toy Story or something.
What are Huntman\'s and Steve\'s parts in the movie?
My bet is that both will be casted as rednecks (What else :) and that Killcreek will be casted as the redneck Ho (Just to make some publicity before eithe Latekatana release or the Playboy spreads)
