The Register has posted a list of anticipated price changes by Intel for the introduction of the 2Ghz and 1.9Ghz Pentium 4 processors. The 1.8Ghz price is cut by 55%, and will be $256 now. Go here for the rest.

I was going to buy a pair of p3 1GHzs, but I don't see how when the price is higher than a 1.5GHZ p4. I don't see any price cuts on the p3

1.33 performs better and 1.4 does too. I hear it all the time, but compared to = clocked. How do your 1.4's etc.. perform against a 2Ghz. And dont bring in money either. A 1.7 bundled with 256 MB RDRAM is like $350 off Techdata. Granted it will cost more for the average joe though.

A week after I buy an AMD T-bird 950, there's price cuts by Intel (and soon by AMD probably).
