Now that T2 has been totally newb-tized, I'm acutally curius about how good the PC multi-plr will be. T2 was good for about a month, then the DEV team totally removed all teamplay incentives, which removed all reasons to play T2, which totally sux.

TF2 any day now! ;)

Do you guys think that $80/month is to expensive for a 500k modem connection? My cable company MAKES you get its premium cable TV service to use the cable modem so... $32(cable)+$39(500k connection)+$9(modem rental)=$80. I don't want the cable tv as I have a dish (that I love!) Any thoughts?

This game just doesn't impress any more. I remember like 18 months ago, I couldn't wait for it because it sounded so cool and looked so pretty, and even up to 6 months ago I still wanted it, but now it's just... blah. It's classified in the same group as TF2, for me. The developers shouldn't expect anyone to be salivating over their game that will soon lag behind everyone else, graphically, and perhaps gameplay-wise.

What a load of BS. The whole article cited one side comment from Matt Soell, that didn't "imply" anything to me. In fact, I think I remember that being from the announcement that there'd be no internet play in the X-Box version, which was quite a while back.

So thanks, PC Zone, for taking one old side comment and writing 4 pages based on it. I hope Microsquish give you some nice advertising in exchange. Reading that article was a complete waste of time.

And if those asses over at Volition pull through, it shouldn't be as long as like 5 months...

So far the only console-PC games I've seen do well are ones that are simultainous release. MDK2 was the exception, and I don't think even THAT did too well. When will developers learn that? If you release the console on first you might as well not make a PC version (because it pisses off the PC players) and visa versa (because the console players don't know wtf the game is)
