Dreamcast Price Drop

According to FGN it will be real hard to not pick up a Dreamcast. On August 12 the price will drop to a very low $79.95. At the end of the year, the price will drop even more to $49.95 to clear out the last few units. The DC has a great library of games, so this is a pretty damn good price. Thanks Stomped.

did you all honestly NEED a reason to not buy the dreamcast?
i mean seriously, it still has the best library of games out there right now.

i fondly remember people buying playstation 2's for no real reason at all... "future" release games dont count imo.

w00, My roommate moved out and took his Dreamcast with him....
Of course I have like 15 games I can't play now (I bought them).
This is a godsend. $50 for a dreamcast. Lets hope they drop the prices for the fkn
controllers and VMU's.

RUSH is the best fucking party game yet.

I'm personally gonna hoard DC supplies like mem cards and maybe a controller or two. And new games of course.

They're all dirt cheap. You can't find a DC launch title for higher than 19.99. Newer games haven't breached 50 dollars either, with all the new games (all 5 of them :( ) being released around 40. It's a shame that the system will no longer be produced. I've got around 20-something games for it too, all great games mostly.
