Another major patch has dropped for Destiny 2 with Update 4.1.5. This latest big update addresses many different issues, especially with airborne effectiveness. With the changes in Destiny 2 Update 4.1.5, airborne combat should be a bit more effective.

Bungie dropped Destiny 2 Update 4.1.5 across all platforms on July 19, 2022, as well as accompanying patch notes. Airborne effectiveness took a multitude of changes, slimming the penalties from trying to lay down fire on foes while jumping, floating, or falling. Hand Cannons have also taken a change, 180 round-per-minute (RPM) HCs in particular. Where 140RPM Hand Cannons have been the meta. These notes aim to make the 180RPM HCs more viable.
