GTA Trilogy - Definitive Edition Title Update 1.03 patch notes

Published , by TJ Denzer

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition launched in a state that was unacceptable, disappointing a lot of folks that were excited to re-explore the classic era that made GTA one of the most popular gaming franchises in the world. There’s a lot of work to make this trilogy of titles more playable, let alone good, but Rockstar seems dedicated to the cause. They’ve released one of the first major patches for the game in Title Update 1.03, fixing a number of bugs and glitches. We’ve got the patch notes here.

GTA Trilogy - Definitive Edition Title Update 1.03 patch notes

Rockstar launched the patch notes for GTA Trilogy – Definitive Edition Title Update 1.03 in a blog post on November 30, 2021. It includes bug fixes that cover PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, but unfortunately not Switch at this time. Switch will reportedly be updated a bit later. You’ll find the full list of fixes, changes, and updates below:

General - PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC

Grand Theft Auto III – The Definitive Edition

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City – The Definitive Edition

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas – The Definitive Edition

Xbox One – All Titles

PC – All Titles

This patch likely won’t fix every problem in GTA Trilogy - Definitive Edition if our impressions are any indication. It was so bad Rockstar was forced to apologize and offer the original versions to Definitive Edition purchasers for free. However, the developer also seems more than set on making the games right. With Switch left out of these patch notes, we’ll update with new information when fixes come to that version of the game.
