Anthem 1.1.0 update patch notes adds The Sunken Cell

Published , by Josh Hawkins

Anthem might not have launched with the best reviews possible, but that hasn’t stopped BioWare from continuing to work on the game and try to improve it. In fact, the latest update, patch 1.1.0 brings in a slew of changes, fixes, and the official launch of The Sunken Cell, a new stronghold.

Of course, the biggest feature on show here is the release of The Sunken Cell, a new stronghold available for any players that have completed the main story. Players will also find that BioWare has added the ability to select contracts from the start of an expedition screen, rather than having to go to the individual contract boards.

The latest update for Anthem brings some much needed changes.

Aside from those big changes, players will also find the ability to launch a new mission from the end of the expedition screen, as well as the ability to access the Forge during missions, strongholds, and Freeplay. On top of these changes, the patch also brought some much-needed gameplay balance adjustments, which we’ve outlined below:

GAMEPLAY BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS

Masterwork Weapons

Masterwork Gear

Gear

Status Effects / Combos

Those are just some of the additional changes and fixes made in the latest Anthem patch. You can check out the official Anthem website to learn more about patch 1.1.0 and be sure to return to our Anthem hub if you need any help with the game.
